Privacy policy

Your pet’s record is
nobody’s business.

PetPass keeps your pets’ health in one place. This page says, in plain words, what we keep, where it lives and how to delete it.

What we keep

Only what you write about your pets. Nothing is collected in the background.

  • About your petsName, breed, photos, vaccines, medication, conditions, seizures, diary notes and vet visits.
  • About you, only with an accountIf you sign in with Apple or Google, your name and email. With Apple you can hide your real email.
  • What we don’t keepNo location, no contacts, no advertising ID, no browsing history.
02

Where it lives

Without an account, everything stays on your phone or in your browser. We never see it.

With an account, a copy is kept on a secure server, so you don’t lose anything if you change phones. The connection is encrypted and only you can reach your data.

03

Who else sees it

We don’t sell your data or share it for ads or tracking. To run the app, a few providers store or deliver it on our behalf. They can’t use it for anything else:

04

The QR code

The code carries only the fields you chose to show, written inside the code itself. Reading it doesn’t connect to our servers and needs no app or account.

Anyone holding the code can read it, so share it with people you trust. For the pet hotel or pet sitter, the code shows the date until when it’s valid.

05

Deleting

You can delete one pet or your whole account at any time, in Profile › Delete account. Everything is erased straight away, on your phone and on the server.

06

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we have about you, and you can complain to your data protection authority. Write to us and we’ll answer as soon as we can, within a month at most.

07

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
